“Busy as a bee!” We have so much to do! It’s pretty overwhelming at times. When we get overwhelmed we start to think of all the things as somewhat negative, because they bog us down. Our notions that everything must be done right now is what is creating that stressful feeling that is wrenching your gut. Let go of the urgency and taking things one step at a time. Once you allow yourself the freedom to have that thought you will find instant relief. The best part about this is that you will see all of the things that need to be done in a completely different light. You will realize that it is all beautiful and you have so much to be grateful for. Sometimes we get so caught up in the worry of the tasks at hand that we forget to take the time to do them the right way and experience them. Plus, when we hurry, we miss the point. Don’t live your life in such a hurry that you miss the point. Take the time to complete that project at work to it’s fullest potential- because it will prove to be a more fruitful experience and the payoff will be a great reward. Take the time to read that inspirational book you’ve been wanting to read- but stop thinking you have to read it all at once- read a chapter before bed and then come back to it next week after you have digested the material. Take two hours out of one day and walk with a cherished friend or family member in nature and reconnect through conversation. There is always time to enjoy the beauty around you and still accomplish your goals. If you don’t, you’ll find that you have only done things half way or even not at all. Don’t miss out because you forced yourself to worry too much. Live the beautiful life you have been given!
