Meditation Monday – September 17, 2018

Good evening everyone. I’ll be back next Monday with a new meditation video, in the meantime here’s something a little different. Usually we avoid times when we’re tired when meditating, but I also know that many people have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. Here is a short meditation that you can actually do just before bed or while laying in bed.
