In order to quell your anxiety, ease your nerves, and to allow your intuition to play a role (and be heard) you must breathe. It’s not about forcing yourself to relax. Taking a few deep full breaths will calm and ground your mind body and spirit. It will put a buffer between you and he outside world. Breathing doesn’t make the problem disappear, it makes it easier to process. Breathing doesn’t make your intuition louder, it makes it easier to understand.

Breathe, calm your physical body and the mind and emotions will follow.
