It’s time to let go of the worry and the burdens you carry on your shoulders. We’ve heard many messages of how happiness doesn’t just happen to you, you have to choose it. This is the same thing. While we can’t ignore the things that we have to accomplish, we can choose not to worry about it. Negative thinking breeds more negativity and infects your body with physical and mental illness. This in turn affects your friends and family- likely the very people you are worried about protecting. Like everything else, when you take care of yourself, all other things fall into place. Invite the good in, and let go of that which does not support you.
